Pack Your Items
Securely package your tea and accessories in a sturdy box, including a copy of your packing slip or the RMA number provided by our team.
Ship and Refund
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
